Who We Are

This website is run by Rubycode Solution Ltd., registration no. 000047922, Sea Urchin Street, San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize ("MegaDegen", "we").

What We Collect

This website has no accounts and no advertising trackers. The demo game runs in your browser with demo money and sends nothing to us. Your answer to the 18+ question is kept only in your own browser.

If you join a launch list, we store your email address, the games you chose and when you agreed. We use it only to email you when those games go live. To stop abuse, the server counts sign-up attempts per IP address in memory for 10 minutes and never stores them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and to handle the request.

Your Rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Every launch email has an unsubscribe link, and leaving the list deletes your address.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, with a new date at the top.
